Our Jumpies are designed with children's safety as the #1 priority

All Jumpies are cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Each
Jumpie has a safety step entrance to prevent falling while entering or exiting. The entrance is made with a small opening to prevent children from falling out while still making it easy to exit in the event the Jumpie deflates. All of our Jumpies have many net windows to allow adults to closely supervise the children inside and are tied down.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to forcast of rain or high winds (over 25 mph). There will be no penalty to the renter if this happens. If the weather is poor, we will call you on the morning of your party to discuss your reservation.  You then have the option of canceling your order due to the weather. If you decide to proceed with your order in poor weather conditions, we will deliver the Jumpie to your home as scheduled.  If we arrive and decide the weather is poor, we will not install the Jumpie and we will charge you $25 for our delivery.

If your event is being held in a public park/beach/bay, you must ensure that proper permits are obtained from the city prior to our
delivery and installation of the Jumpie. If our driver does not see the permit on the day of your event, he/she will not install the Jumpie and you will be charged a $25 fee.

A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the Jumpie is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules
and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment at all times.
No roughhousing or horseplay should be tolerated. No climbing on the nets is allowed. Anyone who does not obey the rules after being warned should be asked to exit the Jumpie (operators should be made to understand that they are in control of the Jumpie and removing someone who is not following the rules is important for everyone’s safety).
Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substances are prohibited from the use of the Jumpie.
